I was charged for an unauthorized account and PayPal will not assist with me getting my money back. I submitted a trouble ticket.  I am in a financial bind and need every penny I have in the bank.  Can someone with zoom or anyone help.  How do I get a refund.  I did not authorize this account.  Zoom has to have some type of humanity.  I am a very low income persona and cannot afford this.  I cannot pay for rent and can be put out of my home due to this.  I really need assistance.

Hi, I'm trying to upgrade my plan from basic to pro. but I'm having trouble making the payment. It only is showing option to pay from credit card and i don't have one. It's not showing me any other options. I've tried with different browser as well. I can make payment from debit card but its not accepting. I can do it from internet banking or Paypal or Paytm, if I get option. Please help me find solution, thanks.

I've found documentation on the vanity url (e.g. vanity.zoom.us), but I'm interested in creating a custom subdomain (e.g. meet.mydomain.com). I know this can be done easily with DNS records management by setting up either a CNAME record or an A recor... Show more

I've found documentation on the vanity url (e.g. vanity.zoom.us), but I'm interested in creating a custom subdomain (e.g. meet.mydomain.com). 

 

I know this can be done easily with DNS records management by setting up either a CNAME record or an A record that points to an IPv4 address. 

 

Has anyone been successful in implementing something like this as a subdomain forward?

I have a pro account installed on my laptop, but my employer is requiring that I use a license owned by the company for certain purposes.  Can I install both licenses on my laptop and switch between them?

Resolved! Meeting stopped in 40 minutes despite I have a pro licensed account

I upgraded my account to Pro, but my meetings always stop in 40 minutes. Why is this happening after I paid for it? Please help me lift the restriction. Thank you!
