I have moved house and zoom now needs verification by sending me a passcode which is not reaching my email address.

Tried emailing  them, and chat which is enough to drive you distraction.

Any solutions please

Same situation here the verification code is not being sent to me email and I CANNOT access my account anymore. I have a standard pro account.
