I have to accounts

1) free account on my personal address
2) paid subscription on a corporate address which I had for a contractor assignment

The assignment is finished, so the email address will be terminated.
How do I get the paid subscription transferred to my personal email address? Changing the address in the paid subscription to my personal address doesn't work: I get a message that there's already an account on that address (which is correct)

Adding the private email to the paid account ain't the solution, as I wont have access to the email address associated with the paid account.

Hi

I am a music tutor, teaching individual lessons, each 30 minutes long. I have the free zoom account as I  never have more than one client at a time or a longer lesson than 30 minutes. Next lesson follows on immediately from previous one. 

Zoom is now asking me to upgrade and adding a 5/10 minute wait before I can log on to my next client. This makes me look so unprofessional as i am late for next lesson -- then even later for the 3rd one. Is there any way of disabling this? -

Day 1 CAD 1000 paid, Day 2 my account is suspended. Can I get my money back?

I have purchased for a zoom plan with ~ 1000 CAD for the next whole year. Then I accidentally used a unapproved (or fake?) version of zoom app which is from the Chinese app shop to log in. My account is suspended and blocked immediately.

I understand that I have violated the user condition and terms, however this 1000 CAD meeting room is not even used once, now I don't even get a way to ask for the refund. Do you think this is acceptable?

Hi, I have an annual sub until 24 June 2024, but today I would like to cancel the sub since the company will only need to use it until this Dec.

The problem is, I got some kind of message that kinda confuses me.

It says: "By canceling your paid subscription, you will lose access to your cloud recordings."

 

Is it means that I will lose access today as I canceled or it only will happen after 24 June 2024?
