Ich bin ein Abo Standard Pro. Mit dem Zurücksetzen des Passwortes wurde mir ein neues Konto eröffnet.

Das bisherige ist nicht zu erreichen und alle Daten sind weg. Mein neues Konto ist Basic und nicht Standard Pro.

Was ist zu tun?
