Purchasing Business Plan takes too long

I purchased the Business plan around 7:30pm on Thursday (PST), but my subscription is still inactive. The message I received says, "We are still working on processing your transaction. You will receive an email with more information within 1-2 business days with an update. Please do not attempt your purchase again, as this may result in multiple charges."

 

It has now been 33 hours with no update, and I'm getting frustrated. Is there a manual process involved? I expected the payment to be processed in real-time if it was valid; otherwise, it should have been rejected so I could try a different payment method. Has anyone else experienced this delay?

Has Zoom Workplace Business Account 10 user minimum been removed so single users can now purchase?

Up until now the Zoom (Workplace) Business account has required you to purchase a minimum of 10 user accounts at ~$2,000+ annual.Many places on the website still say a minimum purchase of 10 accounts is required.HOWEVER, on the "Plans & Pricing" page... Show more

Up until now the Zoom (Workplace) Business account has required you to purchase a minimum of 10 user accounts at ~$2,000+ annual.

Many places on the website still say a minimum purchase of 10 accounts is required.

HOWEVER, on the "Plans & Pricing" page, apparently, it now allows me the option of upgrading from Zoom Workplace Pro to Zoom Workplace Business as a single (1) user for ~$219 annual.

So, have they removed the 10 user account minimum and are now allowing a single user to get Business for $219 annually?

(It seems to be a very new and welcome development, I was afraid to upgrade and be charged $2,000+ but it seems to say $219. I'm looking to get the expanded participants option of up to 300 as well as the 1080HD option that can be activated for 1-to-1 calls).

My organization's proxy device is blocking access to portal sites, including Google, and I am unable to log in, so I check the logs and see that it needs to communicate with "google.com".

Is it normal to have this communication if I'm not signed in with Google SSO?

Se debe eliminar la tarjeta de crédito de la configuración de zoom. 

Por las políticas internas solo debe usarse para el pago del servicio anual, pero NO puede estar ligada a la cuenta de zoom, NO se requiere cambiarla por otra tarjeta, solo borrarla de la configuración. 

 

Aclaro que no se desea borrar la cuenta, solo la información de la tarjeta de crédito.

By mistake I clicked the payment for one month for 500 persons.

Right now I am managing the zoom conference. The number of the participants of the meeting is little by little increasing. That's why I was preparing the payment page. But it was my mistake that I touched the payment. Therefore it was payed automatically. 

 

Please understand of my meeting number was 87 persons in maximum, of which number was never more that 100 persons. Could you please refund the payment of 500 persons for one month. It was just my mistake. I would like to say so sorry for your inconvenience. 
I am looking forward to receiving your kind reply.

Hello Zoom Community,

 

I am encountering an issue while attempting to download a data export from my Zoom account via the web console.

I initiated a data export request under the "Data & Privacy" section. The system successfully processed the request and generated a zip file, which is listed as being approximately 8MB in size. However, when I click the "Download" button for this generated file, I consistently receive a "No Permission" error.

 

I am currently using a free Zoom account. Could anyone provide clarification on whether this "No Permission" error is expected behavior for free users when trying to download generated data exports, or if this indicates a technical issue?

 

I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Waiting and retrying the download.

  • Clearing my browser's cache and cookies.

  • Attempting the download using different web browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox).

  • Trying to download in Incognito/Private Browse mode.

  • Temporarily disabling browser extensions.

Any insights or guidance on this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Figured it out: Just kept asking the Chatbot to let me talk to someone and suffered through that process.
