Unfortunately, since you paid through an app store, Zoom has no access to your subscription billing information (payments, etc.). Check out these two articles:

I have reviewed your account and can see that your Zoom Workplace Pro subscription was purchased through Google Play. Any changes to your subscription must therefore be made through Google Play. Make sure you are signed into the correct account in order for your Zoom subscription to show up in the list.

I want to cancel my subscription. I subscribed directly through your portal and paid with my credit card. But you asked me to cancel through google play. There is no ZOOM Pro in my subscription list. So where can i hit the button CANCEL subscription?
