I am attempting to schedule meetings under my government email sign in and get the notice that "your basic plan has a 40 min time time on meetings with 3 or more participants." Do you know how to correct this becasue with Gov zoom it should be unlimited as it was before Microsoft 365 update on the Dell Control Vault w/ Fingerprint Touch Sensor. Thanks for your help!

Client needs help with their licence level urgently.

Who can assist my client with a licence issue? I don't want to send them away to attempt to contact Zoom given they should be Pro users but are only receiving Basic support currently.

Unable to login

I am able to login to Zoom on the web browser but when it comes to accessing it on my iPhone and on the desktop client, I keep getting the "Incorrect email or password" or "Invalid email, or password" error. Tried the little chat agent that is suppos... Show more

I am able to login to Zoom on the web browser but when it comes to accessing it on my iPhone and on the desktop client, I keep getting the "Incorrect email or password" or "Invalid email, or password" error. Tried the little chat agent that is supposed to help but it brings articles from the community that does not help. I have tried contacting the support line but apparently my PMI and Host Key comes back with nothing. All the system says is "this account does not exist". Trying to talk with someone to redirect me to the right department, I went back to the main menu on the phone systems and kept entering "0" when prompted to make a selection. After 4 tries, the system hung up. I'm left in the dark, nothing within the community really shows a solution as everything says to clear cache on the apps but I just uninstall and reboot but the same errors appear. All applications are up to date, app cache and data has been cleared and have attempted to log in on different devices with no success (Desktop and Mobile). What is this fix for this issue? I don't want to create a new email account to just access Zoom and have to start over again.

I am writing to request assistance with an issue concerning my Zoom account, which is a paid subscription. The account, registered under the corporate email address is no longer accessible due to recent changes in our corporate policy at SAP. Specifically, SAP has disabled all Google and Apple accounts created with SAP email addresses.

As a result, I am unable to log into my Zoom account, yet I continue to incur charges for the subscription. Attempts to reset my password have been unsuccessful; the reset link provided only indicates that I should sign in using my Google account, which is no longer a viable option due to the aforementioned corporate policy changes.

To resolve this issue, I want  that the email address associated with my Zoom account be changed from corporate to my private one , which is my personal email. This change will allow me to regain access to my account and manage my subscription effectively.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution. however i cant do anything cause i am unable to reach to any support in zoom,

Charged Wrongly, No Help From Support

so, I created a support ticket BIL0346298 requesting for help but no 1 from support came to assist me. I wasn't given the option to escalate so it remains low priority when it's not, & when I tried to comment below the ticket, none of my comments popped. 

Even chatbot has been super unhelpful as well. Why is it so difficult to get supported & even a payment error like this can happen at such a big & reputable company???

I see that the Large Meeting is tied to Zoom1, but I'd like to temporarily tie it to Zoom2.

It looks like the answer here:

But I want to confirm. We won't just lose the license if I switch the large meeting sub to Zoom2 for a day, then switch it back to Zoom1 afterwards. It looks like I should be able to accomplish this from the login at Zoom1.

 

Are my assumptions correct? Thanks for your answers.

Zoom help says that when I don't have access to the email address to which a verification code is sent that I should complete a request form to set up a new email address to have the code sent to.  But this requires signing into my account which I am unable to do because I don't have the verification code.  What am I missing?
