I am trying to set up a new Zoom account for my business and keep getting an error message "Request failed with status 401", after entering my email and entering continue. I have cleared my cache and all cookies, closed my Chrome browser and reopened. Still getting the same error. Tried in FireFox and having the same issue. I can open my personal Zoom account and have no issue with that account.

Zoom keeps sending payment information to old email address.

Hi. I changed my sign in e-mail address yet zoom keep sending payment information to my old e-mail address. How can change this? I would like to delete my old e-mail address. Thank you for the answer.

Hi,

 

I can't seem to get on to Zoom for help. 

 

I decided to downgrade my account starting next month and I was offered an intermediate plan and accepted. 

 

I had already paid the full month for premium and I was downgraded straight away to the free account. 

 

I followed the instructions to try reset and they have put me on the intermediate plan that was supposed to start from next month so i've effectively lost this month's premium subscription. how can I talk to someone to fix it or get a refund? 

 

 

The chat bot doesn't connect you to an agent ever and there is no support email address!

I received an email from  Zoom Video Communications. address  ***********. 

 

Title: Annual notice about Zoom’s rules and regulations of service

Part content:  Dear Valued Customer,

As an admin or owner of a Zoom account, we are reaching out to share information regarding Zoom’s rules and regulations governing the usage of Zoom services, as required by Indian law. Please be sure to forward this email to all the users on your account, as they are also expected to abide by these terms and conditions.

 

The e mail provided  a range of click-ons for terms and conditions.

 

Am I right to be suspcious?
