You will need to reach out to the Billing depatement in oreder to issue you the Tax Residency Certificates

Live Chat
You can speak with the Billing team through chat on our website. Please first sign in to your Zoom account at zoom.us/profile.
You can then click the blue 'speech bubble' icon in the right corner on any page. If you type in 'Contact Billing' the system will ask some questions & then introduce you to a Billing representative.
