I originally subscribed intending to use it only during the vacation period, however the subscription automatically renewed just one day after the intended end date.
Since I'm currently using a separate corporate account that has already been paid for, I'm incurring unnecessary double expenses. I would greatly appreciate if you could process a refund for this duplicate subscription.

I am writing to inform you that the refund for the Zoom Pro subscription (request BIL2197081) has still not been received by the account owner.
Haven't received it yet, please help me resolve this issue am really begging. You can also help me with the transaction details so I can also show it to the bank to confirm if they can help me with it also.
Could you please provide the transaction details for the refund? This would greatly assist me in following up with the bank directly to investigate the issue from their end.
