Hi, I'm having trouble signing into my business Zoom account, which I pay for. I forgot to update my email address on Zoom because I was usually signed in or had my computer save the passwords. Now that I've canceled my professional email address, and it no longer exists, I can't sign into my Zoom account. The system is sending verification codes to an email that no longer exists. I have another Zoom account, but it's not on a paid plan. I tried filing a ticket, but it says the account doesn't exist, making it impossible for customer support to respond. I also called Zoom's phone number, but they asked for a Zoom ID and Host ID. I entered the ones from my free Zoom account, and even on the phone, the chat bot said they can't help because the account doesn't exist. I'm feeling frustrated as I need to host webinars, but I can't access my Zoom business account, and I can't contact Zoom through my private free Zoom account. Can anyone offer assistance? What should I do?

I am in an infinite loop! I have a Pro Subscription for 1 user, me (which I am then also the IT administrator) and am not able to log on.  I receive this error message: You cannot log into your Zoom account using this method. Contact your IT administrator for instructions. (2,025). I can't reset my password because it directs me to use Google to sign in Zoom.  I need "someone", thinking Zoom Technical Support, to reset my account but I can't submit a Support Ticket because I can't log on to my Zoom Account. This is the definition of insanity and I have exhausted the "bot" (doesn't understand the situation) and the web trouble shooting instructions.  They all just keep telling me to reset my password! 

Someone please help me get out of this Zoom "hell"!

Hi, I have not been using the Zoon One Pro plan since 22/23/2023, I have changed it to the free version and I am ignoring the bills that are sent to me. The payment for the previous plan was due on December 15th, but was not paid because the plan was canceled on December 22nd. I don't want to renew the paid plan and I don't want to pay the annual fee for it. I can pay for that week, the time between paying for the plan and canceling. How to do that? What can I do to prevent invoices from being sent further?

I'm having trouble assigning licenses to any of the users connected to my Zoom account.

 

Right next to the rubric "Users" there is this message: "You have licenses still available to users. Assign license to users or manage your license count." Although just below, just above the list of users, there is the following message: "You have exceeded the limit of license assignment for your account. Buy more licenses to increase the limit."

 

As of now no license is assigned to a user and when I do try to assign a license that last message appears again inside the "Edit User" pop-up window.

 

What am I missing here?
