Zoom retts me as an unpaid customer


Zoom just charged my credit card and in the account page it says I am a paying customer. But they end every call after 45 minutes and the chatbot are not giving me access to support as it is saying I am not a paying customer. The som phone number is not working from Norway. I have no idea on how to get this issue resolved.

I would recommend submitting a billing ticket through this link:

There's a "submit a ticket" button there that you can click and you can choose "Billing" from the ticket type
