Strange unauthorised payment

Zoom have just taken a payment in March 2024 from my credit card.  However I pay in January via Paypal.  I am not able to find any contact information and the Chatbot is not helping.  I have screenshots of the payment taken and I want it refunded and explained.

That email does not work.  I need to contact a live person about an Account I cancelled in 2021 and they have continued to take payments for 3 years.  Please give me contact details of Zoom billing.
