recurring "update your card request"

I keep getting reminder-mails from Zoom saying I should update my card now. I have done it a few times and am now fed up with it (my card is just fine and valid until 2029). How can I turn this BS off? Since Zoom themselves are obviously not interest... Show more

J’ai cherché depuis 1 mois à modifier mon moyen de paiement en insérant les références d'une nouvelle carte bancaire sans parvenir à valider cette opération comme le démontre la saisir d'écran jointe

Espérant trouver une solution car j'ai besoin  d'utiliser « zoom » avec les mêmes numéros et code de réunion

I cancelled the Billing Renewal notice the day before it was due to Renew and got a Cancellation confirmed message.  But I have still been charged a further  month on my Credit Card.  Amount 88.99 eur on 25th March.

I am looking for a refund.

I was the administrator of our Zoom subscription and I found out that our subscription was not continued by management. I was not informed and now I get helpdesk calls from users who want to participate with other companies zoom meetings and they cannot register due to our associated domain registration.

 

I cannot delete or administer the registration any more and I filed a case a few days agoo, but no response from support still.  

 

How do I contact zoom support to finally end that domain registration?
