Account downgraded to basic despite payment

Hi I’m looking for advice as I have contacted Zoom numerous times and just gets the same response which does not address the issue. 

I paid to renew my Pro subscription at the end of January, before my contract expired. Despite this Zoom downgraded my account. The payment shows on my account as a credit less £9 or so. Each time I contact Zoom they just say renew my account. They ignore the £146 credit on my account. I have tried to renew my account but when I do so it does not credit me the £146 so I do not want to renew until the £146 is credited or refunded, but Zoom are ignoring correspondence sent via their help line. 

Advice as how to resolve this is much appreciated.

Nobody cahge teh contract from webinar 500 to 1000 and in the our account the contract is refered to webinar 500.   We don't understand the reasons of this bills and it's impossible to have direct support by chatbot or by phone !!!l.  Please assist us !!!!

enable or disable authentication profiles

Im trying to set up my account so that anyone without a zoom account can join my zooms, is this something that can only do on a pro account or am i able to set this up using the free zoom account, cheers

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding the recent payment made for the annual subscription to Zoom Meeting service.

On 26-03-2024, an amount of 15576 INR was deducted from my credit card for the annual subscription renewal and e-mandate also registered but not updated account. However, despite the payment being processed successfully, I have noticed that my account has not been updated to reflect the renewed subscription status.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Could you please check the status of my account and ensure that the annual subscription payment has been applied correctly? If there are any issues or discrepancies with the payment, I would appreciate clarification on the matter.

For your reference, the transaction details are as follows:
- Payment Date: 26-03-2024
- Transaction Amount: 15576/-

I added a new Zoom One Pro user to my account and it prompted me to set up the new account by sending an email to the new user. I put in the wrong address and I dont see where i can redo my error.  The only place to my knowledge where you can add users is in the "Setup Guide" section on the left side menu. 

Does anybody know how to fix this?
