Error in cancelling subscription

Hello, I've been trying to cancel my subscription for almost a month, but I keep getting an error message saying 'You cannot edit your current plan until your currency change request is complete'. On the other hand, in the Billing Management section there is an 'error in processing your currency change request' (even though I haven't made such a request). How can I resolve this issue?
