I am trying to buy a zoom meeting license for my company.

 

After registering I try to upgrade,  but when I get to the Sold-To Contact I try to introduce my VAT (tax ID), but it says "Validation failed".. what should I do?

 

  • Playing.. I found i can enter my personal VAT and it is accepted, but I need an invoice as a company

I would need license issued by Friday

no longer have access to live chat support???

Last week I was able to contact live chat support - this week the bot says my account is not allowed to contact live chat. My account package has not changed - what is going on?

I have requested for a downgrade in my webinar participants in February 2024, I have however received no feedback and now I need to pay for the additional participants again. I've upgraded to 3000 participants for 1 month only and Zoom customer service told me I can downgrade and upgrade participants monthly if I choose the monthly payment option? But now, I can't downgrade and now paying for a service which I am not using and I don't get any feedback from Zoom. Please urgently assist.

Impossible to prolong subscription because it already was extended - ON A FUTURE DATE ???

Today is March 19, 2024 and my subscription is due for extension. It ends today.But in the admin window I am told that the the subscription already has been extended, tomorrow. Thus it is not possible for me to extend it and profit from the 30% vouch... Show more

I am trying to use the “Get Plan Usage” API to get the Zoom Plan utilization in my organization. 

https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/rest/reference/billing/ma/#operation/GetPlanUsage

However the “type” returned by the API is not available in the plan list that zoom has published here. This is making it difficult for us to deduce the plan name.

Ex: "pro_zvu_monthly" is returned in the API response. But not available here:

Two Organizations, Two Monthly Bills, Why Sharing the Same Zoom Link

We are sister organizations, and we both pay monthly Zoom bills.  When we sign on, we have different user names and passwords -- but we share the same Zoom link.  Consequently, we cannot hold separate meetings at the same time.  Our Zoom accounts were set up by someone(s) no longer associated with us -- so we're not sure why things are the way they are.  How can we change the Zoom link for one of the organizations?  And is there another way to solve our problem?  Thanks for any assistance!

I am the owner of a Zoom One Pro account with 2 licenses.

I log into my account on a windows notebook through Chrome and try to turn off Zoom AI Companion but the button is greyed out and says "Locked by Admin" (Settings > AI Companion tab > Meeting Summary with AI Companion - "Locked by Admin").

I am the owner, so, I should also be the admin, right?

What can I do to override that "locked by admin". 

Or, how can I get the "Admin" level?

ワンタイムパスワードが届かない

iPhoneからログインをおこな行おうとした際のことです。
ログインを行おうとした際に、ワンタイムパスワードの入力を求められました。
パスコードが登録しているメールアドレスに届きませんでした。
そのため、ログインをおこなうことができません。
zoomの問い合わせに記載のある電話番号にもつながりません。
解決方法をご存知の方はいらっしゃいますか?
