One is the Owner, one is the Admin.  We want to cancel the admin account as we are no longer using it.  How do I cancel the subscription and delete the admin account without affecting the Owner account which we use all the time.  And do I have to unlink them before doing anything so as not to affect the Owner account which we are using. I am creating my new seminars but it has been taken for a few months. Until I start seminars, i don't need my zoom account. I am thinking to cancel it but can I activate (re-subscription) when I need it straight away? Or should I pause it for a few months? Re: pause - I am not sure when I am going to be ready for re-subscription because i am creating the seminars with other people so I can not know exact date. I saw an option for the pause but the only option was 1 month, 2 months or 3 months. I want to re-subscribe when i am ready. Should I cancel or pause it? If someone know the answer, it would be appreciated. Many thanks.

I am writing to inquire about access to my previously recorded sessions. I was a paid subscriber to the service and completed a payment . However, after completing the payment, I was unable to access my recorded sessions.

I would like to know if it is possible to regain access to these recordings without purchasing a new monthly subscription. I am also wondering if all the recordings are still saved on your servers, and I simply do not have access to them at this time.

I have a few concerns about my Zoom profile, and just wanted to note it here and see if anyone else had experienced something similar. 

 

It is currently saying that I have a Facebook account linked to my Zoom (I do not). It's also not giving me the option to troubleshoot or disconnect it. I am concerned about this because I deleted my Facebook, which I'd had since like high school because I wanted to take a social media break.  Recently, due to some other issues, I had to see if it was somehow still active and/or had been compromised or someone else was using a page and pretending to be me.

 

When I tried to enter the email address associated with it, I was told my account had been disabled due to violating community guidelines. However, I was able to open another Facebook page and promptly tried to take the steps of identity verification - it would not allow me to. It only allowed me to do two-step verification,  so I am worried that whatever Facebook page it is saying is connected to my Zoom is a page that someone else is using - it is not me, and it's clearly not a Facebook page the I have access to. 

 

This concerns me.
