Speaker logo in webinar registration not showing

The speaker logo is square JPG and 160 pixels x 160 pixels but does not show up on the registration page. Is there a way to rectify this? I have inserted it in the bio page under branding.

Round logo not recognised in branding for webinar

I have inserted a 160 x 160 pixels round logo against a webinar speaker's bio in branding, but it doesn't appear on the registration page. Does it absolutely need to be square? I am pretty sure I've featured round ones in the past.

Changing Sign in email

The email I used to sign in to my zoom pro account has been deleted and I cannot find a way to change it as the new email has to be verified by the old one. I can still sign with my old one, but it's only a matter of time before I hit a problem. Have...
