Hello, I'm currently using ConferZoom for one school (school A), but I also teach part-time at another school (school B). I set up a ConferZoom account with school B, but when I received the invitation in my school B email, it noted that my current account would be transferred to the new one. I'm assuming this means my school A account will be transferred over to my school B account. I don't want to mess this up because the invitation notes that once I accept this conversion, it won't be possible to undo it, i.e., account settings. Can I have two ConferZoom accounts for two different schools? I've tried contacting Canvas to help, but they said to contact Zoom. I'm unable find a direct phone number for ConferZoom to help, only email messaging. Does anyone have an answer for me by chance? Thanks.

When the pandemic started everyone at my organization jumped on and set up their own zoom accounts /licenses. I help them all with scheduling meetings, so I am constantly logging in to several different zoom accounts, setting up the meetings and giving info to those who are participating.

 

I would like to consolidate the accounts to one with multiple licenses that I have administrative capabilities on, and also consolidate the billing (each account is set up differently, some monthly, some annual, different payment methods...). This is a hassle for me because I have to handle all of those separately.

 

I see that I can invite each separate account to join one main account, seems like a great idea. My real question though, is if meetings that are scheduled already in the original account come along for the ride. That would simplify my life!

 

Also, will all of the billing come over (like a credit from one that is paid annually if I decide to do monthly) if I choose the option not to get a refund?

Pro account plus 1 additional license

I have a Zoom Pro account. If I add another licence for that account is it possible for me to run a meeting and simultaneously have the other licensee run another ? Thanks.

When a user from a different regional  location tries to access the main account, its flagged up as suspicious, and I am sent an access code.

 

How can we stop this occurring, and allow someone else to login to the main account from the USA as well as the UK, so they can manage sub accounts  etc?
