Email Change for Pending Account

Is there a way to edit a pending Zoom Account's email? Or would it be best to delete the account and create a new account with the corrected email?

We purchased a second zoom subscription for Zoom Pro. The account number is 7002899287. The main user is meetingrmlaptop. When we try to schedule a meeting it says we are only on Zoom Basic and can only have a meeting for 40 minutes if there more than 2 participants. Can you please assist to correct this as we often have meetings with 7 or 8 attendees. Thanks

Resolved! Locked out of account

I somehow turned off "Allow users to login using their work email."

Now no one (including me) can login to our Zoom accounts.

If I purchase the 500 participant webinar and find that I need to increase it in the midle of the billing cycle, will I be charged the entire amount for the 1000 participants in addtion to the amount already paid for the 500 participants?

Time limit warning on Pro subscription

Background info: Last November, I had cancelled my pro subscription because I had no use for it during the month of December. I recently bought the plan again using the same google account and billing info

 

My issue is that when I am scheduling a meeting, I get a notification under the time limit saying that my account is still under the Basic plan and that if I have 3 or more participants in my meetings, the meeting will end automatically in 40 mins. So, I went to Billing first to check whether the upgrade went through and it says that my account IS under the Pro plan. I've tried logging on and off as well as trying different devices but it still says the same time limit warning when I schedule a new meeting.

I had to change me email because it is full. I am cleaning it out slowly but surely but is currently unable to receive or send from the email address.  

 

I was successful in changing my email but the confirmation was sent to that full email. Is there another way to confirm the change of my email address?  Is there something else I can do so I can schedule me zoom meetings?
