비밀번호를 잊어버려서 재설정을 위해  비밀번호 재설정 메일을 요청했는데 오지 않습니다

FAQ에서는 IP설정을 안내하였으나, 로그인 액세스를 위해 메일 전송했을 때

정상적으로 수신되는 걸 보아 IP문제는 아닌 것 같습니다.

빠른 해결 부탁드립니다
