Hi all,

I am wanting to port my number to a new provider, however my invoices don't display the phone number on them for the new provider to see that it is indeed my number. Does anyone know how to get a document that shows your zoom phone number and an invoice? Specifically  I need:

 

<<If you are able to contact the losing provider and ask them to provide an email stating that the number is active on the account with the account number and that it is ready to be ported out.   That would aid us in being able to safely port the number without a potential rejection.>>

My subscription reactivated without my consent

I cancelled my subscription on 06/21, subscription will end on 07/20. Then I logged in today again and it shows that my subscription was reactivated without my consent. I had to cancel again. I didn't even receive email about activation between these... Show more

I cancelled my subscription on 06/21, subscription will end on 07/20. Then I logged in today again and it shows that my subscription was reactivated without my consent. I had to cancel again. I didn't even receive email about activation between these two cancellation confirmation emails. Had I not logged in today to make sure subscription was cancelled, I would've been charged again. Come on Zoom.

I want to unsuscribe 3 zoom premium acccounts that belonged to 3 ex employees from the company i work to and that were paid to run annually. Unfortunatly, the mails of these ex employees, that were related to de zoom accounts, don't exist anymore, so i can't access to the zoom accounts. Does anybody knows how can i unsuscribe these accounts? or where can i write to solve these... I'm from Chile but the way, so there isn't a support phone for my country

Basic versus paid subscription

I have a paid subscription and my account is showing basic. I’ve logged out and logged back in, I had a the receipt showing I have a paid membership. I paid so I could access the functionality…so why is my account not reflecting my paid status?

Dear all Zoom users, I am a very bad experience on using Zoom.

Zoom will not easy to let you leave. 

I would like to cancel the Zoom meetings Pro account.

And I subscripted a Conference Room Connector in the same time.

I need to cancel the "Conference Room Connector". before I can cancel the Pro Account subscription.

The problem is Zoom is not allow you to cancel the "Conference Room Connector", so as to cancel the Pro Account subscription is impossible.

I have worked with this issue for a years, and my account still stick with "Conference Room Connector" and forcing me to pay what I don't need.

I have an annually billed Pro plan which has just failed to renew on my Debit card.

I called my bank and they said that the transaction is continually rejected by _Zoom_ and they can't help! (Except to try again, which I've done repeatedly with the same result).

None of my details have changed, there are funds available for the payment, I've just had a mail from Zoom to say "Declined: 3rd attempt" so I desperately need help before the service is shut off.

ZOOM automatically renewed the past subscription and I had to pay the annual bill (which covers until March 2023) although I requested the cut. This cut would not take effect until March 2023.
But here, I had to pay the invoice (attached), late. The problem, ZOOM cut the subscription and put me in basic level.
No reactivation despite payment (still in basic for 2 months and we've been rowing for our lessons since.
How to solve this?
