When I schedule a new meeting and save it, I automatically get a pop up email with the invitation link included. I want to change the email that is being used in the automated email, can someone please tell me how to do this? I have two outlook accounts and its not using the once associated with my Zoom account, its using another email that is rarely used but is my assocated with my Microsoft ID. Can anyone please help me change it over. TIA Kimberly

we bought 6 pro accounts from our reseller so the accounts are connected to his domain email

and since ZOOM changed the security that every time i try to enter zoom from adiffrent computer it ask for acode that is send to his email and i need to wait for him

can we do any change of it ?

I wanted to login to my Zoom client on my Apple Silicon Mac, and since I have been using Google, I decided to use Google to log in. However, no matter how many times I try, either error code 5003 or 1044 popped up. I live in China so I used a VPN to log in, maybe that is the problem. However, I also have a phone linked to my account, but Zoom won't send me a verification code when I ask for one, regardless of having a VPN or not. Seriously, How can I get this solved?

Hi I am Alson. my company has make payment for the zoom id *********** but i only allow to used up till 45mins. Is been months that i contacted zoom. By sending email but no one respond. What is happening with zoom? We already make payment and yet we cannot use it at all. And it deducted our money. 

I use a Windows Machine. I have the email for sign in and the password for sign in at Profile Page. The password is valid because I have reset it and Zoom sent a notification to me that the password is reset to the email address I can see at Profile Page. I tried to sign into Zoom with the email address and the password but in vain. So I took a step to reset the password. I typed the email address I can see at Profile Page. Zoom sent to me the notification email saying that I asked the renewal in my sign-in password by the email address but they said the email address was not resisted. Profile page have the email address for sign-in. I can't sign into Zoom. How I should do ?
