Hi

we bought 6 pro accounts from our reseller so the accounts are connected to his domain email

and since ZOOM changed the security that every time i try to enter zoom from adiffrent computer it ask for acode that is send to his email and i need to wait for him

can we do any change of it ?

 

its very hard to work like this

If I understand your question correctly, are you not able to whitelist specific emails? Or only authenticated users if they use SSO method?

Hi,

 

You will need access to the email if you are changing devices ( for your own security). However, you can try changing to another sign-in method:
