   Im the IT Manager of my company and im having issues to get the activation email on a new account, whenever i request the code the code never gets to the account email, i already checked the spam folder but its not there, altho i created an alias on that email and the activation msg does arrive, so im thinking the email should have some sort of block on zoom servers or something that is preventing it from sending the activation email, but i tried to submit a ticket and the system closes my ticket automatically cause im not a pro user but a free one

I use Zoom Pro socially. To renew my subscription this year I needed to update my payment details (new card). I have tried two CCs, both known to work but get the following message: "Page Id in signature is invalid (2)". The Chatbot says the cards use the incorrect currency but the update page says payment will be taken in pounds sterling. (I have this problem with Kaspersky as well but other payments are unaffected). Help! R

I want to ask a question about annual billing. last year I purchased a pro zoom plan for my office. my credit card info was automatically saved in this account now I don't want to renew the plan and don't have any option to remove my CC info, now a renewal period is coming. is zoom will auto-renew my plan or ask me for renewal? if it makes auto-renewal then how can I remove my CC info from my account to avoid auto-renewal?

My account is Basic which means it should be free. My meetings are limited to 40 minutes which makes sense with the Basic plan. However, am paying $16 per month and have been for over a year. Per the pricing, that means it should be a Pro account. Anyone else having this issue?

En effet, cette réunion en question a été payer par mes pairs, mais ne peuvent pas expliquer le soucis qui est : que tous les participants de la réunion (qui a été payé) n'ont pas leur photo de profil apparent, pour tous les participants et les hôtes et co-hôte, ce soucis survient que dans cette réunion, pour les autres réunions , cela marche bien (toutes les photos de profils s'affichent dans la réunion)

I created a Zoom account but Zoom later messaged me that I had an old account, so it won’t accept my new host key.  I don’t have access to this old account information.  I’ve called zoom contact phone number but it keeps asking me for my host key and when I put the latest one in, which is the only one I have, it won’t accept it.  What can I do? You 

My business account was deactivated on the 5th March 2023. Since then I have been getting constant emails telling me my cloud storage is almost full. However, when I access my account my cloud storage is empty.
There must have been recordings on my business account, but I cannot access them.

Can anyone tell me how to delete them, or how to contact Zoom to delete them for me?
Will the emails stop at any point?
