I created a Zoom account but Zoom later messaged me that I had an old account, so it won’t accept my new host key.  I don’t have access to this old account information.  I’ve called zoom contact phone number but it keeps asking me for my host key and when I put the latest one in, which is the only one I have, it won’t accept it.  What can I do? You
