I am on the Basic plan and need to extend the time on a meeting I scheduled for Thursday.

I am trying to buy the "Pay per meeting" option.

When I click the "Buy Now" button, a pop-up appears. The popup is completely blank except for a blue button in the middle: "Take Survey" and underneath it "our survey takes about 2 minutes".

There is no option to buy. If I click the Take Survey button, another blank window appears and the only thing I can do there is click the X to exit.

So I end up nowhere. Thanks for your help!

I recently received an email indicating the following:

 

Your paid subscription has previously expired. You have lost access to Cloud Recordings. They will be set to be deleted from our systems in 30 days from the date of this email unless you renew your paid subscription.

 

I want to know what cloud recordings are present on my account, but I cannot do so without subscribing. I'm not sure if a recording of my wedding is one of those recordings, back when I had a valid Pro account (my subscription later went to free a month later). Is there some way of ascertaining what recordings are present on the account, without being stuck behind a paywall just to find out? This doesn't seem right.

I had a free account under my 1st email address.  With my 2nd address, I have a licensed account.  I thought I deleted my free account but, when I went to my licensed account and tried to change the email to my 1st email address, it said that it is already in use.  I truly prefer to use my 1st email address on my licensed account.  Is there a way to do this?  Thank you for any help you can offer.

I don't take any action, they still bill me, my account doesn't close, my recordings don't get deleted.

If i click in the email is gives me the prompt below??

 

What is it telling me pls? Does anyone know...? Apparently I don't pay for any support directly from Zoom, even for billing.... that's pretty poor service.... I get Teams for free with my 365 Contract...

It appears that there may be an issue with billing when attempting to add an additional license to a Zoom Pro annual account. I have already paid for one license as part of the annual plan, which is valid until August 2023. However, when attempting to add another license to the existing account, we are being billed for two licenses instead of one.

The expectation is that the charges should only apply to the additional license and not the original license that was already paid for as part of the annual plan.

Our school subscribed to annual zoom in 2022 due to the impact of the covid-19 pandemic. In 2023, our school will no longer subscribe because we are learning in class, without using zoom.

However, our school is late in canceling our 2-day annual zoom subscription, so we are still billed for payment for the next year's zoom subscription.


How do we cancel the bill because the zoom is no longer used?
We don't have the funds to pay the bill.

Doesnt matter now which email it will be, but important thats just one.
that all the mails from Zoom come just to one address.
bc now it looks like, they come randomly to both.
