I have purchased zoom pro license via google play on my android smartphone. It's been 2 days, the license status is still basic.

When i try again to subscription, error message appears "You have subscribed to Zoom Pro (Annual)".
And then when i click OK, sentence appears "Sorry there are no zoom pro plans you are eligible to purchase through google play at this time"

Can anyone help me? Thank you

Question on Assigning a Pro License

I own a Pro License. There are only 2 users on my account - myself as the license owner, and my wife as a basic user. Previously when I am not using Zoom, I was able to assign my license to my wife to host meetings extending more than 40 minutes. How... Show more

I own a Pro License. There are only 2 users on my account - myself as the license owner, and my wife as a basic user. Previously when I am not using Zoom, I was able to assign my license to my wife to host meetings extending more than 40 minutes. However, lately when I assign the license to her (and I become a basic user) she is only able to host meetings lasting only 40 minutes. Why is this so?

 

I think it is unfair (and uncompetitive) for Zoom to expect me to purchase another license for my wife to use my Zoom account to organize a meeting, especially when we are not concurrently holding meetings on Zoom at the same time. We also never hold meetings involving up to 50 people at a time.

My organisation has the Pro version of Zoom. The website says that this allows us to have up to nine licenses. However, we only have one user, and when I try to add another user, it says there are no more licenses available and that I need to buy more. Then when I clicked on "purchase more licenses" it took me to a page to upgrade my account. I don't understand why I need to upgrade my account, if 9 licenses are included in pro. 

Can anyone help?

I have had a zoom account for over six year that has had the sign-in email address NISHISKSI@THRIVENOWNUTRITION.COM

 

Today I tried to sign-in and got a message that the email account is not registered. As a result of this issue, I am not able to access the account. The email address is still active and I receive emails from zoom regularly.

 

How can I regain access to my account and get the recorded videos?
