I am having trouble assigning users. We have 30 licenses and NONE are assigned. When I try to assign one as I normally do, it tells me there are none available.  I even have eliminated all of the users, I have now only 2 users, 30 licenses, but it says: "You have exceeded the limit of license assignment for your account. Buy more licenses to increase the limit" .  Can you please help me?

I want to continue with my zoom ID but want to change my login email. So if it is ***********, I would like to change it to *********** while still holding on to all my recordings, recurring meeting IDs etc.

is this possible?

I would like to inquire about an item that I cancelled immediately after mistakenly purchasing it. However, the system has already deducted the amount from my card. I'm wondering if this amount will be refunded, given that I did not use the item (webinar)  and have already purchased a different item (Large Meeting) instead.

I have had a paid account since last year. Now I want to cancel both the subscriptions Zoom Pro + Whiteboard, not able to cancel from my end. The 'Edit Current Plan' and 'Cancel' buttons are disabled.  

I ask you to help cancel the Zoom One Professional + Whiteboard subscriptions

Consulto a la comunidad: por lo que entiendo, teniendo versión PRO (USD 150 x año), si necesito ampliar la cantidad de participantes a mas de 100 y hasta 300, debería adquirir REUNIONES GRANDES por USD 50 por mes (al final, USD 250 adicionales). Ahora bien, si realizo upgrade a la versión BUSSINESS, con sólo pagar la diferencia de USD 50 al año o USD 5 por mes, lo tendría resuelto. ES CORRECTO ESTE ANALISIS?
