ACH Payment Option

I am having difficulty changing the "payment method" in "Billing Information" to an annual automatic payment from my "ACH." The only payment options I can choose from are Credit Card, Pay Pal, and Google Pay. The "Edit" option is not there. 

 

Also, I just signed up and am using the free basic account, but I want to upgrade to zoom pro.  

 

Has anyone resolved this? I tried contacting customer service.

The ACH option will only be available if your account is eligible for ACH. If ACH is not an option, contacting our billing support for dedicated assistance is the way to go!
