i cancelled my subscription but i was still charged £22.12. I’m certain that this was scheduled to be cancelled on May 26, 2023. I don’t want zoom anymore and i want this amount refunded and my account downgraded to the free version or closed.

Is this even the place for anyone to help me with this issue? i can’t believe that a company like zoom doesn’t have a live chat option. I will contact my bank and raise a charge back it i don’t get an answer today. I hate it when companies do this.
