Hi,
2 questions:
I have added a new user to my account with a license. She shows as a licensed user but the Admin setup guide still shows In progress despite her accepting the invitation. Is this normal and does it take a while to process?
She has accepted the invitation to join and is showing on my list of users. She cannot access a recurring meeting that I had set up and now want her to run. Any thoughts? Thanks

I think there was an Issue on provisionin the users account and would suggest to open a support case..
