I am unable to pay the Zoom Educational account payment and no one from Zoom team is responding me

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble with your payment. Unfortunately, this isn't something we can help with through Zoom Community. If you haven't already done so, please submit a request to Zoom Billing for assistance. They will need to access your account to determine the issue.
