Error when trying to sign into Zoom add-in for Outlook desktop app (Windows)

I have a user that was signed into the zoom add-in for Outlook and they accidentally signed out. Now when attempting to sign back in they get the attached error. This error is given after authenticating through Okta and Duo.Screenshot 2023-08-04 at 11.33.06 AM.png

There are no internet issues or firewall restrictions on the users machine. 

 

Any input would be appreciated!
