I have a user that was signed into the zoom add-in for Outlook and they accidentally signed out. Now when attempting to sign back in they get the attached error. This error is given after authenticating through Okta and Duo.
There are no internet issues or firewall restrictions on the users machine.
Any input would be appreciated!
