Hello 

   I am writing to you regarding the purchase of a zoom license with a discount. In the afternoon of August 21, 2023, I took the steps to purchase a zoom license with a discount code obtained through the form https://watchtower.formstack.com/forms/zoomdiscount. After I received the discount code on August 16, 2023 on the e-mail address ***********, I took the steps to purchase the license on zoom account. I entered my bank card details and the amount of 66.64 Euros (339.94 lei) was taken from my card. Unfortunately, I did not receive the payment confirmation by email, nor was the account updated with the new "purchased" features. 
    I am attaching the print screen with the email in which I received the promotional code and the account statement where you can see the withdrawal of the amount from the account. Please refund the wrongly withdrawn amount. 
 
Thank you very much for your help.

dear sir / mam I cleared my past due .. I have no pending.. but my plan is not upgraded to pro level..it still in basic... I paid 15576 for annual period.. but my account is not upgraded..please help me

I am so confused. I pay for a Zoom Plan. I need to add two more lincences for one month, so I pay for the one month upgrade. They told me that they will charge me if I didnt cancel the upgrade beofre the month finished. I did it. And now they are telling me that I have a basic plan. I payed for the whole year on April, but I just wanted to cancel the other 2 licences that I bought.

On August 16, 2023 my zoom subscription ended and I no longer renewed it. I canceled my subscription through your page, but ZOOM sends me an invoice for an account that no longer exists and for a service that I no longer have. Also, there seems to be no way to communicate with them. It seems to me that it is abuse and harassment. Please, stop insisting by sending me collection emails that do not correspond to me.  Please Zoom team, the details of the subscription I canceled will be provided to the Zoom team once they contact me.

Once I paid for Zoom subscriptions of my several employees using my visa card. Later they all said that they cancelled their monthly subscription, but still Zoom charges my card around $16 a month. I cannot find out which Zoom account is my card linked to.

 

Is there a way to find it out?

Terminating My Account

The help function says to go to Billing or contact Sales, both of which are blocked by the system. 

To whom do I complain about Zoom's negative consumer practices?
