I just cancelled my Zoom account. As part of the many popups asking to pause rather than cancel, I also got asked if I wanted to convert to Zoom Basic Plus.

 

Although I didn't want this for my business, I would be interested in it for my personal account. However when starting a new account (I am in the UK), this account type isn't available. Basic  - free or Pro for £120. Where's the Basic Plus...or are we really saying Zoom are offering existing clients better low-user deals than new customers?  Bit shady to say the least.

Warning about cloud storage, but no recordings!

I am getting emails about limits on my cloud storage, but when I go to cloud storage it is empty. I think you have my account tagged to someone else, since I am getting a different name on the account periodically. How do I resolve this?

I have purchased the U.S & Canada unlimited upgrade for my zoom phone. The payment was collected last Thursday but somehow it still says "You have a pending subscription request and Zoom is collecting Payment. Once received, you will be notified by email" on my 'Zoom Phone' page and I have received no email or any update. How long does it normally take for Zoom to process these payments? I've selected the ACH option to pay for it. Does this affect anything? Is there anyway to cancel this purchase and make the same purchase with another payment method? Thanks!

Reinstalling and resetting Slack doesn't solve the issue. Removing the Zoom add-on also doesn't work.
