I have a ZOOM PRO account, using Version: 5.16.10 (26186) and wanted to change some settings, but was asked to contact the account admin to ask for permission. On further investigation with the useless zoom bot and after rounds and rounds of asking questions that were not answered, I found out that my account is a "null account type", but the bot couldn't give me any further information on this. (It was only referring me to deactivated accounts, which has nothing to do with my situation as I am using and paying for my zoom regularly.)

I have no idea, what a "null account" is and why I have only a limited use of my own account as I am the only person using this! The only thing that I could imagine is that there is a mix up in zoom's admin as I have had another account previously with another email. They might have added this account to the original one, but there is no way how I could find that out as the bot has no clue and the there is no way to get to a human.
(What a frustrating experience! And I am quite a troubleshooter! I wonder what do people do that have not tech gene in them when they encounter a zoom issue!?)
Any ideas? Grateful for your help

Zoom continues to charge my credit card after i cancelled my susbscription

My plan was canceled ending Sep 8 but I was charged in September, October and november. I tried to contact zoom but cant reach them. Any ideas? Thank you in advance

これまで、ZOOM料金をアメリカドル(年払い)で支払ってきましたが、為替の変動のこともあり、日本円での支払いに変えたいと思っています。

支払い方法を変更する方法はわかりますが、通貨の変更を行う方法がわかりません。

I am the account owner in our college and I was wondering whether it is possible to change or add information to the activation mail sent to new users. Especially bothering me is that my email address is displayed in there, therefore I get many reply messeges from pending users, and would want them to see our IT support email instead.

 

Haven't found anything about this in support.zoom.

Hello, I have two questions I'm concerned about:

1) Can I untether my card without canceling my subscription? It is more convenient for me to make a renewal decision closer to the end of the period.

2) If I can only untether my card by canceling my subscription, will I still have access to cloud storage after canceling my subscription but during the paid account period?

I have entered all known possible contacts page for billing but not able to find any email direct to Zoom billing and payment. The chatbox also not able to give me one. Please help.
