El error radica en que esta cambiando el . y la , en las cifras de cobranza

este mensaje aparece en todas partes

 

"Su cuenta tiene un saldo pendiente de MX$ 2,296.00. Si no paga su saldo, perderá el acceso a todas las características de pago ya las grabaciones en la nube. Haga clic aquí para pagar sus facturas pendientes o haga clic aquí para obtener soporte. "

 

Aquí todo “normal”

En el Historial de pagos muestra

"Tiene 1 factura pendiente con un saldo total de 2,295,63 MX$"

 

Y al tratar de hacer el pago por cualquier medio me dice que no tengo fondos suficientes y en soporte puse un tiket y ya tiene más de 12 días

No me deja cambiar la moneda para hacer el pago en dólares que seria mucho más fácil

¡Ayuda!

Unable to log in following change of email address

I followed the process to change the email address on my basic account and received the email to confirm the change. Unfortunately there was no prompt to remove the 2 factor authentication first, and I can no longer login. The authenticator app is co... Show more

I followed the process to change the email address on my basic account and received the email to confirm the change. Unfortunately there was no prompt to remove the 2 factor authentication first, and I can no longer login. The authenticator app is connected to my old email address so it doesn't recognise the codes. 

I don't have recovery codes.

I can't do a password reset as it wants a code.

I can't contact support directly as it's a basic account.

I can't upgrade the account as I can't login.

Chatbot is useless.

 

How can I get it reset?

Hi Guys,

 

My Zoom client has not been used for a while because it cannot log in to the account.

Another issue is that it uses webmail whose hosting is currently not renewed.

 

After I tried to renew the hosting and webmail to the new account, I attempted to reset the password for the Zoom account using the registered email. However, multiple times I did not receive the verification email from Zoom.

 

I have already set up a whitelist for Zoom emails and IP addresses based on the instructions found on the Zoom blog, but I still cannot receive the verification email.

 

Has anyone experienced the same issue? I appreciate your assistance.

 

Anyway, my Zoom client is using Zoom Premium.

the annual zoom one pro package changed to basic even though I only purchased it 2 months ago

We just purchased the annual Zoom One Pro package but our account changed to basic even though we only made the purchase 2 months ago. How do I restore it to Zoom One Pro?

hi, I had an invoice paid yesterday for 16 $, for the period till Jan 10th
then I wanted to cancel my subscription, system suggested to downgrade plan to basic plus, I made it by mistake. then I've cancelled subscription again - but!
instead of cancelling my subscription from Jan 10th (I thought it will be basic pro starting from Jan 10th and I'm cancelling this plan) it downgraded me from Pro to basic pro and canceled this subscription. Now situation:
I paid 16 $ and have basic pro for 6$ expiring on Jan 10th.
so the question - what to do to have Pro till Jan 10th?
