When I try to sign up for zoom pro. I have to declare my tax exempt status. I am not tax exempt. Does this prevent me from signing up for pro?

Declaring your tax exempt status on Zoom Pro shouldn't prevent you from signing up for the service if you're not tax exempt. It's usually a standard part of the signup process to gather necessary tax information. However, if you're not tax exempt, simply fill out the form with your non-exempt status.
