Can not access my account and being billed monthly.

i lost access to my old email linked to the zoom account. 

everytime i log in to zoom it asks me to get a verification code sent to the email i lost access to.

so i can not reach the account, but still i am being billed monthly for a year now, trying to contact support with no solution. any help?
