2 zoom accounts, with different emails and packages.

Have an old email account but it now has the Pro package.  My new email address has the Zoom free package. Is there a way to transfer the Pro to my new email, or must I delete both accounts and start over? Any suggestions please?

Let’s see if a Zoom staff member can help you out directly. As a Champion Customer, I don’t have access to your account.  There’s a way I could describe for you to get this done, but it’s a little involved and convoluted!! If you don’t get an answer in a couple of days, reach out with another reply here and I’ll respond.
