Our staff are looking to use the Basic (Free) plan.    Looking at the licence terms of service, there is mention in section 3.1 that it is for internal use only (as highlighted below)...

 

3.1 Access and Use; Software License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may access and use, during the Initial Subscription Term or then-current Renewal Term, the Services as set forth on each applicable Order Form. If access to or use of any portion of the Services requires or allows for you to download, use, or install Zoom software (“Software”), Zoom grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-assignable, non-sublicensable, and royalty-free license to use the Software in object code format on a compatible device for your internal use only, solely to access and use the Services during the applicable Initial Subscription Term or then-current Renewal Term. You acknowledge and agree that your access to and use of the Services and Software under this Section 3.1 (and as otherwise provided in this Agreement) is revocable in Zoom’s sole discretion.

 

Does this mean we can only use it to invite members who work internally i.e. the same company? 

Or can we still invite people to our meetings from other companies?

Not opening on Windows 11

Just got w11 and despite Zoom trying to install various versions the only thing that opens is a mini truncated window witha close button. Window won't resize, maximize or do anything besides closing.   please help!!!!

1.Credit card always debited

Dear Sir

 

I registered just for one-month oct-nov to have the full option of Zoom and since then my credit card has been debited. I am using the service of zoom after the meeting I did in November. I am requesting to be refunded.

I am using zoom pro(zoom one-zoom cloud and zoom whiteboard) with monthly subscription.

 

When I have tried to cancel my subscription (zoom one) I got the message "You should firstly cancel all additional subscriptions." Then I go to cancelling zoom cloud and zoom whiteboard, when o tried to cancel my subscription ı got the message "You are unable to cancel, downgrade or decrease your monthly add-on subscription until the end of your annual subscription's billing cycle. Contact Us if you have any questions." 

But my subscription is monthly and it is written in the billing page also.

 

I have also send a mail to zoom contact center with issue number (#16968919) at 04.07.2023, I got one mail from the team but the solution is not found and the issue is still open.

 

I don't want to pay anymore. Please cancel my subscription before my next billing time (11.04.2023).

Hello all,

I early have an zoom account wit an email.

I can't login to this account, because  the code to access is on this mail, that have been  broken. I couldn't access to this email, so that I could not recover it. But this zoom is paid (every year) from my card. I want to change this registered email to the new email without accessing the current one. I already tried to contact Zoom support, and received the guidance to create a support ticket. But I am not a Primer so could not create this ticket. Do you know any other way to solve this problem?
