해당 결제는 2025년 10월 17일 새벽 이루어졌으며, 의도치 않게 자동 갱신되었습니다.
현재 계정에서  해지한 상태이며, 아직 사용하지 않은 점을 고려하여 환불을 요청드립니다.

최근 결제된 Zoom 구독 Pro 요금제에 대해 환불을 요청 드립니다.

무료 이용 7일 중 첫날에 사용을 해보고 연결 끊김과 번역 문제로 인해 구독을 취소 했는데 2025년 10월 11일 오늘 결제가 되었습니다.

사용 시간이 많지 않다는 점을 고려하여 환불을 요청 드립니다.

Hello Zoom Customer Support,

I am writing regarding my account *********** and to request a refund for the recent automatic charge on September 19, 2025 for the Zoom Workplace Pro annual plan.

This charge was processed automatically to my credit card despite the fact that I had not decided to continue using that license. I have already deactivated the license in my account and the license has not been used since the renewal. For these reasons, I respectfully request a full refund of the automatic renewal charge.

As a business, I find the automatic one-year renewal and subsequent billing disappointing and not in line with reasonable expectations for subscription handling. I request that you review this matter promptly and process the refund as soon as possible.

I still cannot figure out my Zoom account problem, as I paid my Zoom Meetings Workplace Pro renewal on 3/27 (as evidenced in my bank account withdrawal).
 
Yet, my account shows I only have Zoom Workplace Basic. Somehow, I was downgraded and cannot get anyone via customer service call back (limited to Business Pro and above) and Zoom chat is useless!
 
Zoom chat gives basic answers that don't come close to answering my problems/issues!
 
It appears I'll have to pay another $159.90 to have a Zoom Meetings Workplace Pro account again!
 
I cannot link to my Google account at all, so I'm in limbo right now.
 
Do you know anyone with customer service call-in access who might ask a question on my behalf?

Can anyone help me get in touch with someone who can link my zoom account to pro again. I've been paying and using zoom pro for years and all of a sudden it switched me back to the basic plan even though my zoom pro is still being processed and paid each month. 

I can't seem to get hold of anyone who can help me sort this out.

Paid for Zoom One Pro back in December but my account (only 1 email address used) still shows Basic.

Suport form is useless, cannot press "Next" after filling in all boxes.

Email billing - that fails with a zoom returned email stating to use KB, KB and chat bot are useless.

 

Someone from Zoom needs to reply to this and assist, or quite simply I will do a chargeback as I expect a modicum of service, granted do not need telephone support, but the minimum is a working and proper email address for support when your own product fails to work as it should when money is paid.

Resolved! Difficulty signing in.

I am unable to sign in with my paid subscription account on zoom. It gives me a network error but it allows me to sign in with my gmail account which is free. This is both on my windows pc (zoom app) and also my phone

I've added contacts in my profile to use in setting up zoom meeting, they don't appear in invite box when setting up a meeting. Why can't the system recall contacts and/or popular emails of contacts when creating a meeting?
