My father is trying to create a Zoom account so we can video chat, but he's stuck on the Privacy Statement. He can't find the button to accept the terms and continue creating his account, and he's gotten so frustrated with searching for it that he's gotten disgusted and given up. He says he scrolled all the way to the bottom of it but can't see anything to click. I can't see his screen, so I have no idea how to help him, and the virtual assistant has no answers. Can someone please tell us how to get past the Privacy Statement so he can join the meeting I'm trying to set up? Thank you.

Hello @madkap42
Thank you for reaching out in Zoom Community! I'm not familiar with exactly what the customer sees in the cart when creating an account, but I believe that by submitting payment, you imply agreement to Zoom's Terms of Service.
If you have a Pro account, he should only need a Basic Free account though. You only need to send him the link to join a meeting. The meeting host is the person who needs a paid account to avoid the 40-minute time limit.
If you still need help, please contact Zoom Support. You may also find answers here: Subscription resources.

Thank you for responding. We both have Basic Free accounts and still have no idea how he is meant to agree to the ToS. He tried again this morning and this time it wouldn't even load for him.
I've asked him to speak to someone on his end to help him complete the setup as I suspect part of the problem may be user error, but I believe he has yet to find someone to assist him. At this point, I'm not sure what I can do for him, besides try to create a new account to see if I can figure out what he's seeing.
