zoom plugin in outlook on macbook always show loading status

hi, please help to check this issue, use legacy outlook able to add zoom meeting plugin normally, but cannot use new outlook to add zoom meeting plugin, after click add button, always show loading status, try to reinstall zoom plugin by zoom website, invalid, please help, thanks!

Hi @monica110 – I probably would've done the same thing you did. I would think there's some compatibility issue at play here. Can you try to do the following:

1. Remove the Existing Plugin: Ensure that any existing Zoom plugin is completely removed from Outlook. (Outlook > Access Add Ins > Manage Add Ins > Remove Plugin)

2. Install from Microsoft AppSource: Download and install the Zoom for Outlook Add-in directly from Microsoft AppSource. This version is designed to be compatible with the new Outlook's framework.
