I needed to upgrade my plan last february, I purchased a plan, the payment was deducted right away. But I was not able to use it. I tried to call them through international and local numbers. No one was responding, this month, I got a payment deduction from my bank again. How can this be fixed? I am very disappointed about this.

Unusual situation with new email address

I don't know who to contact but I'm having an unusual issue because of something specific that happened. Here's the run down:
1 - wanted to change my sign-in email address (email1). Rec'd request from zoom to (email1), clicked approve, and then didn't receive an email at the new email address (email2). I tried another email address (email3) and the same thing happened. (Note: email2 and email3 had the same @domain.com)
2 - I realized the @domain.com email had not gone through the DKIM/SFS/DMARC changes. I hired someone to handle that for me.
3 - I still want to change my Sign-in email on the zoom platform from (email1) to (email2) but now I can't, as zoom informs me "email '***********' has already been used."

 

But it has not already been used.

Any thoughts?

Just a follow up question on the above. My organization is moving from Zoom to Teams and has since not renewed their Zoom License so the account is currently on a basic plan. If i disassociate my Zoom account from my organization and purchase the license myself will i still have access to the cloud recordings that were created on my account when my organization had been paying for the Pro?

У меня куплено 33 лицензий, каждый год  в августе идет продление. Сейчас у меня есть потребность докупить еще 10 лицензий. Подскажите как мне это сделать? 

В поле Тарифные планы и выставление счетов - Управление планами - Управление, не могу найти кнопку докупить лицензии, есть только изменить общее количество. Если я ставлю нужное мне количество , то сумма показывается вся за 43 лицензии. 

Как докупить 10 лицензии не оплачивая весь пакет 43 лицензии раньше времени.
