Accidentally clicked educator account

I was creating a Zoom account with my work email today. I accidentally clicked educator account and now I am unable to create my account. I tried to redo the signup process and this did not help as it redirected back to the educator info page. I tried to follow the advice from several of the forums and contact support. The billing and account management department said they could not help me and technical support immediately closed my case and basically told me to refer to the same forums that referred me to them.

 

I really need this fixed and I do not understand why others accounts were brought restarted by mine can't. I cannot finish the signup portion so I only have the email in question but I do not have a meeting ID or anything as the sign-up portion is not done.
