Resolved! Cancellation date

If I open a Pro account and pay  monthly,  I presume the account renews on the same date every month.  If I want to cancel that account, when will it take effect?

I hope this message finds you well.

I'm experiencing some issues. We have a Zoom account that we use with a group of people from an organization, but many of these people are not very tech-savvy. Currently, we're logging in using the "Sign in with Google" option. We would like to start logging in directly to Zoom by entering the email and password. Is this possible?

No-reply @ zoom.us - Old company name needs changing

When I get an email notification, in the 'no-reply @ zoom.us' it comes the 'From' field as a company name I used to work for years ago. There's nothing in my profile or user accounts that shows that old name. Any ideas where this could be? Thanks Show more

upgrade abo for one month

i have an abo for 100 people. 

As i run asession where up to 150 people will attend, i would need the bigger abo only for one month.

Upgrading plan from pro with 100 participants to 500

When I upgrade my pro plan to the large meeting just for a month, does the change apply immediately? I wish to upgrade close to the needed day as much as possible.

Dear Zoom Community,

I'm writing to seek urgent help regarding Error 1132, which has completely locked me out of my Zoom account.  This issue is preventing me from accessing my account or joining any Zoom calls, whether logged in or not.           As someone who relies on Zoom for work, this is becoming a problem.

I'm on Windows with the latest Zoom update installed.

I've diligently followed all the suggested fixes I found on the official Zoom site and within this community, but unfortunately, none of them have resolved the issue. To make matters worse, I've submitted multiple reports to Zoom support over the past week, but I have yet to receive any response.

I'm at a loss as to what to do next. If anyone in the community has experienced this and found a solution, or if there's any guidance Zoom support can offer, I would be extremely grateful, I'm feeling quite stuck.

Thank you in advance for any assistance or advice you can provide.
