Resolved! Request payment receipts

I am trying to get payment receipt under a former employee account.

He is no longer in the company so I don't have access to his account to look up the receipt.

I'm trying to help some coworkers create accounts but they have accidentally selected "Yes" when asked if their organization worked with students. We are not using Zoom to provide educational services to students and they are now stuck in a cycle where they also can not follow these instructions to request the educational lock lifted because they aren't able to log in in order to submit the request to lift the lock. 

 

What should they be doing? I'm going to try to submit a request for them, but I'm not sure if that's going to work? Based on some brief research this seems to be a pretty common issue and it's difficult figuring out how to resolve it using the circular instructions that's in Zoom's help center.

For now I have :

Resulting Value : Group A

Почему я оплачиваю весь месяц тарифа, если отменила подписку через 4 дня от начала месяца?

С 11.10.24 начался месяц, за который я должна заплатить. 

15.10.24 я отменила подписку на тариф Zoom.

Я использовала тариф 4 суток, а счёт на оплату выставлен за полный месяц. Я не хочу оплачивать те дни, в которые я не пользуюсь приложением.

・Questionnaire surveys related to Zoom features, etc.


While I am aware of the process to unsubscribe from newsletters individually as a recipient,
I am wondering if there is a way for a system administrator to unsubscribe all users from these newsletters at once.
The influx of newsletters targeting all users has caused issues like a Denial of Service (DoS) attack,
resulting in a slowdown of the email system.

I would appreciate hearing from anyone facing a similar problem.
