I tried to log in to set up a meeting, a message tells me I must update to the latest version before I can log in, and I should get [my' "IT team" to help.  There is no IT team and I just need a simple way to update the version. All paths are circular however and I come to dead ends. Any suggestions? Thank you

We have a Zoom Workplace Pro plan, with 1 owner and 2 users (extra payment) with all possible admin rights.

The owner initiated a recurrent meeting.

Question:

How can be done, that a user with admin rights can see and manage a meeting initated by the owner?

The owner is me and I want to give theese rights to the other 2 users wit admin rights.

 

Is this possible, or I have paied 2 extra users for nothing?

subcription didn't upgrade despite the payment

Working Live Subscription still being charged after partnership ended

Hello,

 

I searched the community forums for this issue but I seem to not find anything regarding this particular issue. 

At the start of August, Zoom ended their partnership with working live and my account was moved and converted to a basic free account. 

 

But I still to seem to get my credit card charged each month. Ive tried to reach out to Working Live but there is no response and everytime I attempt to access their wesbite, my anti-virus alerts me of the website being malicious and blocks me from accessing it. 

 

So I am at a loss of what to do other than doing a charge back on my credit card. But I am curious if anyone else in the community who had been subscribed to working live is also facing this issue as well?

I received an email that said Zoom and WorkingLive will be ending their partnership effective August 31, 2024,  and I need to create a new Zoom account directly on the Zoom website. Is it true?

I’m planning to introduce the “associated domain” into our company’s Zoom settings. But, before getting started, I’d like to ask the following two questions:
1  Is it possible to have Pro licenses, Business licenses, and Basic licenses within the same Zoom account? For example, are we allowed to have 10 Pro licenses, 2 Business licenses, and 100 Basic licenses in the same account?
2  Assuming the answer to the above question is positive, is it possible for an admin user with a Business license to manage the associated domain settings?

Update payment method - Payment expires in less than 60 days message

I keep getting this message at the top of my zoom account page:"Your payment card on file will expire in less than 60 days. Please update your payment method or you will lose access to your paid features in the future." My card on file does not expir... Show more

I keep getting this message at the top of my zoom account page:

"Your payment card on file will expire in less than 60 days.  Please update your payment method or you will lose access to your paid features in the future."

 

My card on file does not expire for 3 years.  I re-entered the card information just in case but still getting the same message.  I see others have had a similar issue but there is not any response from Zoom Support on their threads.

I've changed my payment option, but it is still written that I have to update it because the expiration date is in 2 months. But it's in 2026!
