Hi, guys.

My SSO Zoom account has been deactivated with no valid reason given. I teach a college class on Zoom and cannot use my school email account.

I have sent an appeal once and received the following message:

Your appeal has been rejected after careful review and consideration. As described in Zoom’sTerms of Service and/or Acceptable Use Guidelines, violations may carry penalties, including permanent suspension of a user’s account.

Thank you for choosing Zoom.
Zoom Trust & Safety Team

I did not violate any standards, and no reason for the appeal being denied has been given.

I have appealed again but have not yet heard back.

Again I have never used this account and I never received a notice that it had been deactivated.

I tried to contact my admin, but he has no idea why either.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

• I was made an ZOOM account with Google link.
• I'm using a Gmail which is our company domain.
• I can not disconnect Google link on ZOOM account.

The question is,How to disconnect Google link on my ZOOM account?

Is it possible or impossible?

Got this real weird issue recently, where my friend is using a google pixel mobile and whenever he's trying to login via SSO in Zoom Workplace, it gets stuck at prompt stating "Continue". Neither he's able to click on "I dont know the company domain" nor does he able to click on continue. 

I have seen that this might be default browser issue as per previous threads but I have checked that the deault browser was Google Chrome only. What might be the troubleshooting over here. Please help

We host some calls given by companies outside our membership roster. Some members would prefer we not share their contact information with the Host. Is there a way for attendees to register for a call but opt-out or opt-in in allowing their contact information to be shared? I've seen the article on Changing your name when logging in but I don't know if that also restricts all sharing of your data.

ZOOM IS COMMITTING FRAUD AND I CAN'T CALL ANYONE, I SENT EMAIL ALL THE THE EMAIL ADDRESSES ARE DEAD

THEY ARE MAKING UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES ON MY ACCOUNT - I CALLED PAYPAL AND MY BANK

I CAN'T CALL ANYONE AT ZOOM - THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER

ALL THE EMAIL ADDRESSES ON THEIR WEBSITE ARE FAKE - THEY ALL RETURN "UNDELIVERABLE"

HELP ME PLEASE I'M FREAKING OUT

THEY'RE ILLEGALLY TAKING MONEY FROM ME THAT I NEVER AUTHORIZED
