Ray is right, but additionally, they can credit you the tax back on your plan.

TechSoup is *awesome* but there's quite a process to get connected to them. Also, you can only apply their discount code (mine was 50% off, as of May 2024) with a NEW account, not an established account. Therefore I had to cancel my old nonprofit Zoom account and begin a new one. Now that I did this today, I have to contact them to remove the tax they automatically charged.
